Economic Development “ON CALL” provides rural communities with an “ON CALL” development resource. Providing a personal approach, Greg O’Sullivan and staff works with communities to build economic  development capacity and implement effective business attraction, expansion, and retention programs.

Typically, these services are provided to rural communities that cannot afford a full-time economic development staff. Services are based on a common-sense approach to leverage local, state, and federal economic development programs on behalf of rural California communities.
