developing federal/state grant applications, designing
attraction/retention programs, providing site selection assistance, and
preparing financing/incentive packages for prospects. This unique
experience affords us the wherewithal to develop programs, products, and
services to best fit each of our client’s needs and
resources.
Affordable - We bring together all of the resources of a
large consulting firm at a fraction of the cost. This allows us to spend
more time in the community working one-on-one with staff to build the
institutional knowledge necessary to operate long after our work has
concluded.
